Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Buckeyes!
If you have read my other fall posts, then you probably already know that I LOVE all things fall!
It is my favorite season!
I love using fall scented essential oils, making fall foods such as my Pecan Pie Muffins, and getting as far away from the intense Florida summer as possible!
At Christmas time I always make peanut butter buckeyes. Which is what led me to create a Healthier Peanut Butter Buckeye recipe!
But, I love buckeyes so much, that I just couldn’t wait until Christmas!
So, I created a fall version! Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Buckeyes!
They are A-MAZ-ING! Honestly, I like them better than regular Buckeyes, they are that good!
My kids even love them! Well, the two that would try them love them. The other two heard pumpkin spice and that was it! They wouldn’t even taste them! Oh well, more for mommy right?! 😉

These pumpkin spice buckeyes are just as easy to make as my original healthier buckeyes, but contain the wonderful taste of cinnamon and nutmeg in addition to the chocolatey peanut butter goodness!
I love cinnamon and nutmeg! These are two spices that I try to add to everything during the fall! Lol
If you are looking for additional recipes containing these two spices then be sure to try my Sweet Potato Pie Mashed Potatoes! They are sooo yummy! It’s like eating healthy sweet potato pie!
But anyways, back to the buckeyes. Like I said, these are very easy to make. Simply mix your ingredients, chill the dough, roll the balls, and dip them into the melted chocolate!
