Are you looking for a great essential oil diffuser blend to calm those first day of school jitters? This is an excellent blend to calm fears, increase concentration and to promote a positive attitude!
Essential Oil Diffuser Blend
The first day of school can be very daunting! Meeting new people, starting a new grade, trying to get back into the groove after summer, it can be hard!
It can also be scary!
I love to diffuse for my kids. In fact we diffuse daily in my home.
I diffuse during times of illness, such as when the kids have a cold. I also diffuse to help strengthen their immune systems.
But those are not the only reasons to diffuse. Essential oils are excellent for emotions. Whether you are stressed, sad, or scared, there is an essential oil for that!
Essential Oil Recipes
There are essential oil blends for all of life’s moments and events!
Which is why I created the 100 Essential Oil Diffuser Blends eBook. This book contains recipes for every situation.
Did the boys just get home from school and leave their stinky, sweaty, clothes and bags laying around? Turn on the diffuser!
Did the dog run inside after playing in the water, leaving that stinky wet dog smell in your living room? Turn on the diffuser!
Or, on a happier note, are you trying to make your home festive for the holidays? Do you want your home to smell like pumpkin pie spice? Are you dreaming of living on a Christmas tree farm? Or is love in the air on Valentine’s Day? I have created a blend for each of these moments and more!
My home is my happy place. I love being at home with my family. I love to be at home at night curled up on the couch with a snack, cafe con leche, watching a movie with my hubby. And I love to decorate my home for the holidays.
Using one of these diffuser blends just takes everything to the next level! It helps to create a cozy, happy atmosphere. Smell is such a big part of emotions. And without the scent of pumpkin pie spice it just wouldn’t feel like fall! Am I right?!
I include 100 blends in the essential oil diffuser book to help turn your home into your happy place!
First Day of School
But diffusing can also be used for other things. What about when you are preparing to leave the house? What about if you are preparing for a stressful situation? Or what about the first day of school?
Diffusing in the morning before your kids leave for school is one of the best ways to help get them ready for school, whether it’s the first day or not.
Running the diffuser while they are getting dressed, eating breakfast, or packing their lunch, is a great way to help prepare your children for the day ahead. It’s an amazing way to help start the day out on a positive, happy note that will carry them throughout the day.
And, don’t forget the benefits that you will receive as well;) Sometimes we as moms are more nervous on this day than our kids are. We need this blend too!
The First Day of School Diffuser Blend is one of the blends that are included, along with many other school blends, in the 100 Essential Oil Diffuser Blends eBook.
