This Curried Egg Salad is delicious! And it is super good for you! No unhealthy ingredients here, only nourishing whole foods!

Homemade Mayonnaise

Himalayan Pink Salt
To taste

To taste

Hard boil the eggs. When done, remove from pot and allow to cool.

Peel the eggs and rinse under cold water.

Next, using an egg slicer, slice the eggs to small pieces.

Add the mayonnaise and mix well

Add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated evenly.

Cover and refrigerate.
