The Best Curried Egg Salad!

This Curried Egg Salad is delicious! And it is super good for you! No unhealthy ingredients here, only nourishing whole foods!

Ingredients

  • 1 Dozen Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Homemade Mayonnaise Link to recipe is in the notes
  • 2 tsp. Curry Powder
  • Himalayan Pink Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs. When done, remove from pot and allow to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and rinse under cold water.
  3. Next, using an egg slicer, slice the eggs to small pieces.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and mix well
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is incorporated evenly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate.
