2PoundsOrganic Carrots
1StickGrass-fed ButterSalted
1/3CupOrganic Coconut Sugar
Instructions
Start by washing and peeling your carrots.
Chop carrots into bite size chunks.
Melt butter in pan.
Add cut carrots, being careful not to splash hot butter on yourself. Stir to coat carrots in the butter.
Sprinkle the coconut sugar over the carrots and then mix well. You want the coconut sugar to mix into the butter and coat the carrots.
Cook until the carrots are tender and can be stuck with a fork. This should take about 15-20 minutes, based on how crunchy you want your carrots to be.
And the only thing left to do is to spoon them into a bowl and pour the remaining butter over the carrots. Serve and enjoy!

If you are using unsalted butter add salt to taste.
