Spelt and Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix butter, honey, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Blend into wet ingredients.

Mix in chocolate chips

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 8-12 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.

Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
