Chocolate Ice Cream
This chocolate ice cream is made with goat milk! It is creamy with an intense chocolate flavor that you will love!
Servings 2 Quarts
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Goat Milk
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Gelatin Grass-Fed Hydrolysate
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix in wet ingredients.
Blend all ingredients well using a blender.
Add mixture to ice cream maker following the ice cream maker instructions.
And watch your ice cream churn! Check ice cream maker's instructions to know when your ice cream is done.
Scoop your ice cream into a bowl and freeze until it reaches the desired firmness.
